Graduate Talent Manager

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a driven Graduate Talent Manager to own the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will work with small, high‑performing teams, leveraging AI‑powered tools to attract and evaluate top talent while ensuring every hire meets the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full recruiting loop from sourcing to final decision, using AI and modern tooling to accelerate the process.
• Proactively identify and engage exceptional candidates across multiple channels.
• Design and conduct structured assessments—tests, interviews, and other evaluation methods—to generate clear hiring signals.
• Maintain a rigorous talent bar, ensuring each hire aligns with company standards.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows for speed, scalability, and consistency.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability: solve complex problems from first principles and avoid bias.
• High drive and ambition with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
