Group Compliance Coordinator

About the role

As a Group Compliance Coordinator based in Milan, you will support the Group Compliance function by implementing and maintaining the company’s compliance framework across legal, regulatory, ESG, privacy, AI, cybersecurity and supply‑chain domains.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse applicable laws and regulations, assess their impact on business processes and projects.
• Monitor ESG‑related regulatory developments (e.g., EUDR, CSDDD, CSRD, ESPR) and integrate them into the compliance framework.
• Manage privacy matters, providing regulatory analysis, advisory and governance support.
• Identify and mitigate AI‑related legal and operational risks, supporting compliance with the EU AI Act and NIS2 Directive.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders, corporate bodies and management.
• Implement and monitor the global compliance programme, ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations and internal policies.
• Coordinate supplier compliance checks, analyse risks and propose solutions in collaboration with supply‑chain teams.
• Draft, review and update internal policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Collect, analyse and track KPIs across functions to evaluate compliance effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal and regulatory analysis within a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with ESG regulations and sustainability reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of privacy legislation and practical experience in privacy governance.
• Understanding of AI governance, cybersecurity standards and related EU directives.
• Ability to produce clear compliance reports and presentations for senior audiences.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional compliance initiatives, including supplier management.
