Group Internal Auditor

About the role

The Group Internal Auditor will support the Head of Internal Audit in developing methodologies, executing audits across all brands, and strengthening risk management and internal controls. This position offers the opportunity to work in a multinational environment within the luxury and retail sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing audit methodologies and tools aligned with best practices and SOX requirements.
• Execute and coordinate financial, operational, and compliance audits according to the annual audit plan.
• Identify risks, evaluate control systems, and propose improvements to governance processes.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings and recommendations for auditees.
• Conduct follow‑up audits to verify implementation of agreed action plans.
• Liaise with the Audit Committee, statutory auditors, and supervisory bodies as required.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in audit firms or internal audit departments of multinational companies, preferably in luxury or retail.
• Master’s degree; additional certifications such as CIA, CCSA, or CRMA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOX, and the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• High integrity, strong ethics, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 40% of the time.
