Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth experiments from concept to execution and iterate quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels (paid ads, SEO, outbound, referral, content, lifecycle) and set the strategy, run campaigns, and own results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive sign‑ups by building and optimizing acquisition funnels.
• Design, run and analyse rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, offers and funnels; scale successful tactics and discard under‑performing ones.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copy creation, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, continuously monitoring conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, create clear data‑driven stories and report on performance.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly master new channels, tools and tactics.
• Strong hunger to become a top growth marketer and willingness to experiment.
• Self‑directed and scrappy, able to define goals and figure out how to achieve them without constant guidance.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, attribution and turning insights into action.

Required skills

• Experience using AI‑enabled marketing tools for research, copywriting, targeting or automation.
• Ability to design, build and optimise acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Proficiency in tracking, analysing and reporting growth metrics.
