About the role

Medicasa, a group company founded in 1993 specialising in integrated home assistance services, is looking for a qualified and motivated home-care assistant (OSS) to join its team in Oristano. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physiotherapists and doctors to provide complete and personalised care.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct support and help with daily activities for vulnerable people at home, such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobilisation and feeding.
Report any changes in the patient's condition to the medical staff.
Offer emotional and relational support to patients and their families.
Help keep the home environment safe and comfortable.

Required profile

Recognised professional qualification certificate for the Social Health Worker (OSS).
Previous experience, even minimal, in home care or social-healthcare facilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
