HR People Partner – Global HR Advisory Role

About the role

The HR People Partner will join HID Global’s global HR People Partnering function, providing end‑to‑end HR services for employees in Italy. Based in Romano Canavese, the role supports the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, while acting as the primary HR point of contact for staff and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including orientation, 90‑day support, exit interviews and outplacement.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and recruit talent for open positions.
• Advise managers on HR policies, disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement and redundancy procedures.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and policies in line with legislative changes.
• Manage employee absenteeism, engagement surveys, recognition programs and CSR activities.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Systems) to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Participate in HR projects and support legal and compliance guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR, handling the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Italian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to provide clear HR and legal guidance to managers and employees.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
