Human Resources Representative – Italian & French (Remote)

About the role

Nordson is looking for a motivated Human Resources Representative to join its international HR Services EMEA team. Working remotely from Italy, you will provide first‑line HR support to employees and managers across the region, focusing on Italian, French and English communications and assisting with translation of policies and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle pre‑employment activities and coordinate employee onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Maintain employee and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, policies, compensation, leave and vacation.
• Process training requests and generate HR‑related reports.
• Provide translation support for policies and documentation in Italian and French.
• Use a case‑management tool to log, track and resolve requests, aiming for first‑call resolution.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR service environment, shared services or operations.
• Knowledge of Italian labour law; experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Experience with case‑management systems is beneficial.

Required skills

• Native or business‑level proficiency in Italian and French; business‑level English.
• Basic Spanish is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with empathy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a continuous‑improvement environment.
