HVACR Service Operation Team Leader

About the role

Johnson Controls is looking for an HVACR Service Operation Team Leader in Bologna. You will lead a team of field service technicians and provide high-quality service support to customers, covering service level delivery, preventive maintenance, product solutions, customer and sales relationships, laboratory services and parts inventories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead field service technicians across North East Italy and set objectives, review performance regularly, coach staff and ensure training and development
• Plan and deploy resources effectively, communicate with the service leader and peers, and partner with managers to align resources with customer obligations
• Monitor field service work and vacation planning, ensure internal processes are followed, and report competitors and trends
• Drive the team toward operational excellence and KPI operations

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of successful field service experience in HVAC systems (repairs and on-site maintenance)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience with team-building skills
• Fluent Italian and very good English reading, writing and presentation skills
• Assertive, results-oriented, innovative and able to tackle tough problems under firm deadlines

• Initial basic salary of EUR 45,000 to 61,800 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
