Internal Communications Specialist – Temporary Contract

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Communication team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. Reporting to the Internal Communication Manager, you will help design and deliver employee communications, engagement programmes and high‑visibility corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events such as Town Halls, leadership briefings, year‑end celebrations and other employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage event projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Coordinate the creation, distribution and editorial oversight of internal communications covering business, cultural and change‑management topics.
• Produce and edit video and digital content in partnership with external agencies and internal ambassadors.
• Maintain project documentation, templates and processes to ensure scalability and repeatability.

Required profile

• Previous experience in internal communications, event management or project coordination.
• Strong organisational, project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of solving problems independently.
