IT Proximity Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an IT Proximity Team Leader to coordinate IT support activities across a defined geographical area for a leading luxury retail company. The role bridges business units, central IT, and local stakeholders to ensure operational continuity, high service standards, and successful technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a local IT support team, including recruitment, coaching, performance reviews, and shift planning.
• Participate in budget planning, quarterly reviews, and hardware/maintenance cost forecasting.
• Define and execute project road‑maps, book resources, and follow Group IT project methodology.
• Monitor service delivery, report KPIs, detect patterns, and promote operational excellence.
• Maintain strong liaison with local HR, central IT, and business partners.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and autonomous work style with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Client‑oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
• Fluent English (C1‑C2); French is a plus.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android and iOS operating systems.
• Strong experience with Microsoft O365 suite (Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Basic knowledge of device MDM solutions (Workspace ONE, Intune).
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, identity management tools (Saviynt a plus).
• Basic networking knowledge, primarily Cisco, and Teams PSTN voice solutions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar incident/problem/change/asset management tools.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem, asset management); ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
• Project management experience; PMI, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are a plus.
