About the role
As an Apple Retail Specialist you will create brand loyalty by delivering an exceptional customer experience in an Apple Store. You will understand each customer’s needs, recommend the right products and services, and help them become proud owners of Apple technology.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized service by listening to customers, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting Apple products and services.
- Stay up‑to‑date on Apple’s product portfolio, purchase options, and sales processes.
- Support teammates by sharing product knowledge and assisting in sales activities across the store.
- Maintain accuracy in transactions and follow store guidelines.
- Perform additional duties such as general customer support and store tasks as needed.
- Promote an inclusive environment by respecting differences and embodying Apple’s values of diversity.
Required profile
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays according to business needs.
- Reliability in attendance and punctuality, in line with local labor regulations.
- Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
