About the role
Join OverIT’s Cloud Operations team as a Junior Coordinator, supporting day‑to‑day activities for customer environments, deployments, and production support. You will work closely with technical owners to ensure tickets are triaged, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Perform first‑level triage of incoming tickets and operational requests, assigning them to the appropriate technical owners.
- Maintain operational boards, keeping them up‑to‑date and free of duplicate, outdated, or blocked tickets.
- Monitor ticket progress, send reminders, follow up with stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Track priorities, deadlines, operational risks, and recurring issues for the team.
- Prepare simple operational reports on ticket status, aging, workload, escalations, and patterns.
- Execute basic runbooks under senior supervision and support checks on customer environments, deployments, configurations, monitoring alerts, and procedures.
- Develop hands‑on skills in cloud environments, SaaS operations, deployment processes, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Cloud Support, IT Operations, Software Engineering, or a related technical role (recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT are welcome).
- Strong interest in Cloud Operations, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep activities and priorities structured.
- Clear communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, ownership mindset, and willingness to follow up on open activities until resolved or escalated.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially with urgent requests or production issues.
