About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organized intern to support our purchasing office. This position offers an ideal opportunity to gain experience in procurement and supplier management.
Key responsibilities
- Support updating supplier master data and managing quotation requests in the internal ERP system.
- Assist in updating and verifying supplier price lists.
- Collaborate on checking customs codes within the internal system.
- Help compile import/export documentation.
- Monitor and verify supplier documentation related to quality certificates.
- Assist in processing purchase requisitions (RDA) and archiving purchase orders.
Required profile
- Technical diploma or post‑diploma education.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
