Junior Clinical Research Associate

About the role

Philogen S.p.A., a biotechnology company focused on oncology and inflammatory diseases, is looking for a Junior Clinical Research Associate to support its clinical research programmes. The role covers the management of Phase I, II and III oncology trials, with frequent visits to European and US sites, and is based in Siena or Milan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site initiation, monitoring and close-out in line with GCP
• Carry out monitoring visits and manage national and European sites
• Track patient recruitment and enrollment
• Evaluate the integrity and quality of patient data and the investigator study file

Required profile

• Good scientific background
• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Basic German preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Europe and to the United States
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

What we offer

• Full-time position with an initial fixed-term contract under the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry CCNL
• Annual salary package starting from EUR 31,800
• Business travel allowance according to the applicable CCNL
