Junior Cloud System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Cloud System Engineer to support cloud operations, application maintenance, and security governance across our enterprise platforms. You will work closely with senior engineers, follow defined service standards, and gradually take ownership of recurring support activities.

Key responsibilities

• Incident Management: troubleshoot, resolve, and document customer issues; perform root‑cause analysis and escalate complex problems.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: deploy, configure, and monitor Azure services; apply cost‑optimization strategies and ensure high availability.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: create and update knowledge‑base articles, operating procedures, and technical documentation.
• Security & Compliance: implement cloud security best practices, manage IAM, RBAC, Entra ID, and Azure Key Vault; support security governance for Microsoft and SAP environments.
• Automation & Continuous Improvement: use scripts and workflows to streamline tasks, identify improvement opportunities, and share them with the team.
