Junior Creative Content & Communication Support

About the role

Gondolina, a fast‑growing luxury footwear brand based in Venice, is seeking a Junior Creative Content & Communication Support professional. The role will work closely with the founders and marketing team to develop and deliver engaging content across social media, digital platforms, events and partnerships, helping to build the brand’s international image.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and adapting visual and written content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters and other digital channels.
• Support the development of creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, events and collaborations.
• Help organise and execute photo and video shoots, from preparation to post‑production.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule posts and publish material in a timely manner.
• Write captions, presentations, newsletters and other communication assets in English.
• Coordinate with creators, photographers, partners and external collaborators to gather assets.
• Cover live events, partnerships and brand experiences, providing real‑time updates.
• Research emerging trends, formats and potential creators for new communication opportunities.
• Support influencer, PR and partnership activities and analyse content performance to suggest improvements.
