Junior Data Scientist – CRM Analytics

About the role

The CRM Data Scientist will analyse large, often unstructured data sets to build models that improve understanding of customer behaviour and business performance across product, retail, communications and style domains. This junior position supports the CRM Director by turning data into actionable insights for relationship marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute quantitative analyses that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.
• Integrate, clean and prepare diverse data sources, creating targeted databases and computing environments.
• Develop and test statistical and machine‑learning models (e.g., CLTV, propensity) to answer business hypotheses.
• Visualise findings and communicate results to internal stakeholders.
• Manage ad‑hoc projects that evaluate the impact of new marketing initiatives across market segments.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline.
• Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and relational marketing concepts.
• Ability to translate data analysis into clear business recommendations.
• Willingness to stay current with emerging data‑analysis tools and techniques.
