Junior Digital & Retail Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Digital & Retail Marketing professional to support our retail partners in planning and executing digital activities and retail marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Retail Marketing manager, you will help drive brand visibility both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Assist retail clients with the planning and implementation of ghd digital and promotional activities across their platforms.
• Manage digital content, promotional materials, and brand visibility assets.
• Maintain product catalogs, detail pages, and brand pages in line with marketing plans and commercial agreements.
• Translate and localise English content into Italian.
• Collaborate with the retail team on sell‑out and drive‑to‑store initiatives.
• Define Retail Media investment plans together with the Media Team, aligned with budget and campaign objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports and analyses.
• Support the Junior Retail Marketing Specialist in creating in‑store visibility materials, including supplier briefs, quotations, and creative adaptations.
• Coordinate external agencies or suppliers as needed and manage day‑to‑day retailer relationships.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or trade/retail marketing.
• Strong knowledge of key digital tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent project‑management abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
• Passion for digital trends, retail, and communication.
