About the role

Join Reply as a Junior Engineer in Generative AI and work on applied artificial‑intelligence projects for market‑leading clients. You will turn theoretical models into scalable solutions, collaborate with global tech leaders, and act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement cutting‑edge algorithms and automate workflows in an agile environment.
• Transform research‑grade generative AI models into practical, high‑impact applications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in Generative AI and test emerging models.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Work with GPT models, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion and related frameworks.

Required profile

• Excellent bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on software development experience, preferably with Python, gained through projects or internships.
• Familiarity with version‑control tools such as Git.
• Strong curiosity for Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent automation.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
