Junior IT Specialist

About the role

BYD Group is seeking a Junior IT Specialist to support its business systems in Milan. You will act as a bridge between business units and technology teams, ensuring that digital solutions meet real‑world operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements for CRM, BGPC, Digital Marketing Platform and Dealer API Sales Core System.
• Produce requirement specifications and lead requirement review sessions.
• Validate product solutions against business needs and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Create system operation manuals, training materials and deliver user training.
• Lead IT planning initiatives for the assigned domain and manage ongoing system maintenance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to implement and sustain system modules.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a consultant for CRM, WMS, SAP or related systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes, especially in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Italian; Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to assess product solutions, drive projects end‑to‑end and work responsibly under pressure.
