Junior Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Level Group is seeking a proactive and organized Junior Logistics Specialist to support both B2C and B2B logistics operations. You will work closely with external 3PL partners and internal teams, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing fashion and luxury logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing national and international transportation and shipping flows.
• Coordinate daily activities with external warehouses to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor order progress for eCommerce, marketplace, retail, and wholesale channels through final delivery.
• Handle operational tasks related to couriers, shipments, returns, and customs processes.
• Collect and analyse data and KPIs to support logistics performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Initial structured experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Hands‑on mindset, curiosity, fast learning ability, and willingness to take initiative.
• Interest in eCommerce, omnichannel, and logistics within the fashion and luxury sector.
• Fluent Italian speaker with strong written and spoken English skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
