Junior Producer – Content Factory

About the role

Prada Group is looking for a Content Factory Junior Producer to support brand campaigns, video and photo productions from planning to delivery. The role works closely with internal teams and external suppliers to create content for brand campaigns, e‑commerce and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support and monitor projects throughout the production process end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate with stylists, photographers, filmmakers, artists and editors.
• Work with the e‑merchandising team to plan and track e‑commerce activities.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution of production activities.
• Scout and source resources, both internal and external, for content creation.
• Assist in negotiations with freelancers and review contracts.
• Build and maintain a network of photographers, model agencies, stylists, artists, illustrators and costume designers.
• Organise business trips and off‑site production activities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation and production within fashion companies or agencies.
• Previous e‑commerce production experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.
• Collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• Photographic tools.
• Experience with video and photo production equipment.
• Apple ecosystem knowledge (optional).
