Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support senior project managers on a variety of construction projects, primarily in the logistics and industrial sectors. The role offers the chance to develop project management skills while working with a global consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct background research, collect data and perform benchmarking for project initiatives.
• Establish and maintain effective processes and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and update project plans, monitor progress and track performance indicators.
• Document changes, prepare written communications and produce formal progress reports.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and designers, attend meetings and draft minutes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or other construction‑related technical background.
• Strong interest in the construction sector, especially logistics or industrial projects.
• Flexible, autonomous and eager to learn.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Italian for reporting.
• Good interpersonal skills.
