About the role
Warner Music Group is seeking a Junior Project & Promo Manager to support the planning and execution of launch campaigns for its artists. The role bridges marketing strategy with promotional operations, ensuring releases reach audiences across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Support launch coordination for singles and albums, managing timelines and asset delivery.
- Collaborate on digital and content strategies, working with content creators, designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Monitor campaign performance using streaming and social media data, produce periodic reports and adapt tactics.
- Assist with budgeting and tracking of marketing and promotional expenses.
- Support media relations activities, including pitching to radio, TV, and digital outlets.
Required profile
- Dynamic individual able to transition between project management and promotional activities.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Capacity to adapt strategies based on market trends and fan engagement.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams.
