About the role
As a Graduate Specialist in the Junior Sales Engineer track, you will join Bosch's Assembly Technology sales team in Cernusco sul Naviglio. The role combines structured training with hands‑on experience, developing both technical knowledge and cross‑functional sales competencies.
Key responsibilities
- Support the sales strategy across Piemonte and Lombardia, focusing on direct customers in the automotive, assembly and FMCG sectors.
- Analyse market data, identify new opportunities and contribute to expanding the customer portfolio.
- Collaborate with the local sales team, channel partners and indirect sales partners to deliver tailored solutions.
- Participate in a blended training journey that combines in‑field learning in Italy with hands‑on experience at international plants and headquarters.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or final‑year student eager to start a career in sales engineering.
- Strong interest in assembly technologies and industrial applications.
- Good analytical mindset and ability to work with market data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
