Junior Sales Engineer – Mobile Construction Sector (Graduate Program)

About the role

As a Junior Sales Engineer in the Mobile Construction sector, you will join Bosch Rexroth’s Graduate Specialist Program and work within the Sales Construction Machinery team. You will act as both a technical and commercial partner for customers, helping to promote and implement innovative mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the full Bosch Rexroth Mobile portfolio, including hydraulic components, electronics, software, electric motors, inverters and IoT services.
• Collaborate with local application teams and the headquarters in Germany to share best practices and drive growth.
• Own projects from definition of technical specifications through on‑site implementation and support.
• Monitor market trends and advise customers on forward‑looking technologies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in sales engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Willingness to work in an international, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hydraulic components.
• Understanding of electronics and software solutions.
• Familiarity with electric motors and inverters.
• Experience or interest in IoT services for mobile applications.
