Lead Deployment Strategist, Italian Speaking

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Deployment Strategist who speaks Italian to guide enterprise customers through AI strategy, solution design, and deployment of agentic AI solutions. You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex business challenges into real‑world AI deployments that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end customer engagements across the full value lifecycle: Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume.
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy, run design workshops, and architect solutions spanning Salesforce’s AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics, identifying blockers and driving value realization.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and keep delivery on track.
• Assess AI readiness, guide change management, and provide product feedback to influence roadmap.

Required profile

• 4+ years (6‑10 for senior) experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Customer‑facing delivery experience in consulting or professional services.
• Business‑level proficiency in Italian and English.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Required skills

• Understanding of the Salesforce platform, Agentic AI capabilities, and Data Cloud.
• Programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, conversation design, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project and programme management skills.
