Lead Project Manager

About the role

Cohesity is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee the delivery and profitability of professional services engagements across Europe. The role is fully remote, supporting customers in Spain, Italy, France and other European locations. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal delivery teams, ensuring projects meet Cohesity’s high standards of quality, timeline, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate consultant and subcontractor availability and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide real‑time project status reporting and financial forecasts to stakeholders.
• Manage project planning, execution, and closure within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with PMO, Delivery Managers, Architects, Consultants, Sales, and Business Partners to achieve project goals.
• Track and report revenue and cost waterfalls using Cohesity’s corporate tools.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and native‑level or fluent proficiency in at least two of Spanish, Italian, or French.
• Proven track record of managing complex technology or advisory services projects.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Can‑do attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
