Learning & Development Specialist – People Development & Engagement

About the role

Maire S.p.A. is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support the Group Development Coordinator in shaping people development and engagement strategies across its global subsidiaries. You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and monitoring training programs that drive performance and cultural transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategic guidelines for People Development and Engagement across the Group.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end Performance Management process to ensure consistency.
• Design, launch, and communicate training initiatives to maximise participation.
• Manage the Group’s training portfolio, aligning offerings with organisational needs.
• Coordinate change‑management activities to support new initiatives.
• Organise internal communication, engagement events, and corporate gatherings.
• Assist in securing training funds through sectoral channels such as Formazione Finanziata.
• Contribute to Employer Branding to enhance the Group’s reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in learning and development within structured, international organisations.
• Proven ability to manage development programmes from design through delivery.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and cross‑functional coordination.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with advanced analytics proficiency.
• Flexible, digitally‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Resilient, results‑oriented and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
