Legal Counsel – Commercial & IP Contracts

About the role

Alpitronic is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its fast‑growing e‑mobility business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all commercial agreements are legally sound and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, licensing and partnership contracts with IP provisions.
• Provide legal advice on risks and opportunities in contractual matters to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Manage contracts from negotiation through execution and implementation.
• Support business development initiatives with strategic legal guidance and training.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual risks.
• Maintain contract templates and playbooks.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• Several years of experience as a lawyer or in‑house counsel in an internationally operating company or law firm.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts in a technical environment, preferably in electro‑engineering.
• Solid knowledge of intellectual property law and IP provisions in commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Italian and/or German are a plus.
