Legal Counsel – Commercial & IP Contracts

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our fast‑growing e‑mobility company. You will provide strategic legal guidance on commercial agreements and intellectual property matters, ensuring compliance and protecting the business in a highly technical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, licensing and partnership contracts with IP provisions.
• Provide legal advice on risks and opportunities in contractual matters to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Support business development and commercial initiatives with strategic legal guidance and training.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual risks, maintaining templates and playbooks.

Required profile

• Law degree and several years of experience as a lawyer or in‑house counsel in an internationally operating company.
• Strong understanding of commercial (sales and after‑sales) contracts in a technical/electro‑engineering environment.
• Solid knowledge of intellectual property law and IP provisions in commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Italian and/or German are a plus.

• Expertise in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Deep knowledge of intellectual property law as applied to commercial agreements.
• Ability to identify, assess and mitigate contractual business risks.

• Total compensation €64,000 – €96,000 with a 30 % variable bonus based on goal achievement.
