About the role
Ayvens, the global sustainable mobility brand formed from ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, is looking for a legal intern in Rome. The purpose of the internship is to protect the company's legal interests and support legal advice on corporate matters, commercial contracts and other legal issues in line with applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Support drafting local contracts and NDAs, defining terms and conditions that protect the company
- Support reviewing administrative documentation for public and private tenders
- Support handling disputes within your area of competence, coordinating with external lawyers
- Prepare correspondence on complaints received through the company CRM and other internal channels
- Monitor communications received by email and the department's internal reporting
Required profile
- Degree in a law-related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Good knowledge of English
Required skills
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word)
