Lifestyle Buyer Internship in Milan

About the role

Join Ferrari's Lifestyle Merchandising team as a Lifestyle Buyer Intern in Milan. You will support the operational management of the Ferrari Lifestyle assortment, helping to optimise sales and customer experience across retail and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support weekly monitoring of stock levels across full‑price retail and e‑commerce channels.
• Assist in preparing replenishment proposals to ensure correct product availability.
• Contribute to stock reallocation and optimisation between boutiques and sales channels.
• Monitor product assortment on the e‑commerce website, ensuring correct categorisation and publication according to merchandising guidelines.
• Support analysis of sales performance and key retail KPIs such as sell‑through, stock cover, conversion rate and product productivity.
• Collaborate in the preparation of periodic reports and presentations for the Merchandising team.
• Participate in store visits and collect feedback from boutiques to identify assortment and customer‑experience improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Recent Master graduate or final‑year Master student (eligible for internship) in Finance, Business/Economics or Management Engineering.
• Passion for automotive and innovative solutions.
• Previous internship or project experience in the automotive or luxury sector.
• Analytical, target‑oriented and structured thinking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
