Lifestyle Marketing PLG Internship

About the role

Ferrari’s Lifestyle Marketing PLG team is looking for a motivated intern to support the marketing of its exclusive lifestyle collections. You will work in a dynamic, international environment and gain hands‑on experience in product launches, event coordination and campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of product launches, ensuring cross‑functional alignment.
• Assist in updating and managing the marketing calendar, gathering input from merchandising, e‑commerce, communication, media and retail teams.
• Prepare marketing briefs, presentations, reports and summary materials for creative and content production.
• Monitor campaign development and ensure proper distribution of assets across channels.
• Participate in organizing events, activations and fashion shows related to the lifestyle collections.
• Track project deadlines, follow up on activities and provide operational support during marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) in Marketing or a related field, or final‑year undergraduate.
• Passion for automotive and luxury sectors with some prior internship or project experience.
• Analytical, target‑oriented and structured thinking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Attention to detail and willingness to adapt to Ferrari’s culture.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Power BI (considered a plus).
