Local IT Administrator

About the role

This position provides daily operational user support, workstation management, and first‑level infrastructure troubleshooting for a manufacturing site in San Vito al Tagliamento. The role combines on‑site and remote help‑desk activities, ensuring that employees can work efficiently with their hardware, software, and connectivity tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct user support and help‑desk services (on‑site and remote) for routine hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log, track, and resolve tickets through the company’s ticketing platform while meeting defined SLA targets.
• Prepare, configure, and deploy new workstations (PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets) and peripherals such as printers and scanners.
• Troubleshoot client operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity applications (Microsoft 365, browsers, email clients).
• Install, update, and configure standard corporate applications according to internal guidelines.
• Perform first‑level infrastructure tasks, including SAP ERP password resets, user account unlocking, and assignment of standard authorization profiles.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in a similar IT support or help‑desk role.
• Strong knowledge of local infrastructure management and OS troubleshooting.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP is advantageous but not mandatory.
