Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics operations for Huber AgroSolutions across EMEA and APAC. The role focuses on delivering cost‑efficient, reliable transport, warehousing and distribution while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations across Europe, EMEA and APAC, ensuring efficient, reliable and cost‑effective transport, warehousing and distribution.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and drive improvements in service levels, OTIF, lead times and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Planning and Operations to align logistics execution with business priorities.
• Own the logistics budget, identify optimisation opportunities for transport networks, warehousing and carrier performance.
• Build and manage relationships with logistics providers and 3PL partners, driving service excellence.
• Lead strategic projects such as network optimisation, warehouse initiatives and implementation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Ensure compliance with transport, customs, trade, hazardous‑materials and HSE regulations while managing operational risks.
• Champion process standardisation, digital transformation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain management, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics best practices and experience managing budgets and carrier performance.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex logistics projects.
• Understanding of compliance requirements for transport, customs and hazardous materials.
