Marketing Intern - Admin & Project Management

About the role

Inspired Education Group, a global group of premium private schools, is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Intern in Milan. The intern supports the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across the school network, assisting with project coordination, supplier management, budget tracking, print production and campaign execution, and works closely with the Head of Marketing and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing projects across multiple schools and stakeholders, monitoring timelines, milestones and progress
• Maintain project plans, status updates and tracking tools, and coordinate meetings and follow-ups between internal teams and external partners
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, event collateral, signage and promotional assets, ensuring artwork approvals are on schedule and supporting quality checks
• Manage invoice processing, raise and track purchase orders, monitor outstanding payments and keep accurate supplier records

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Communication or a related field
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, and analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with budgets, trackers, timelines and administrative processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
