Partner Marketing Associate (3-month contract)

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a Partner Marketing Associate to join its Milan team on a 3-month contract. This is a hybrid role supporting the execution of co-marketing campaigns with restaurant and grocery partners, bringing campaigns to life through high-quality assets, effective deployment and consistent branding across Italy. The role sits in the Partner Marketing team, which connects commercial partners with the marketing engine.

Key responsibilities

• Support partner campaign execution by coordinating the creation of marketing assets, adapting copy and deploying campaign touchpoints according to agreed plans and timelines.
• Maintain an up-to-date campaign calendar, collect the information and inputs needed for campaign assets and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Work with local and central marketing teams to keep all campaign assets aligned with Deliveroo brand guidelines and local marketing playbooks.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Creative, Content, Campaign Management or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment, with hands-on experience creating and adapting marketing assets.
• Experience using design and content tools such as Figma, Canva or similar.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders at once.
• Attention to detail when reviewing assets, copy and campaign setups.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with local and central teams, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment and interested in partner and commercial marketing.

• Pay range of EUR 32,800 to 41,000 gross per year, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, location and market conditions.
