Marketing Manager – Italy

About the role

Give Back Beauty is seeking a Marketing Manager for Italy to lead the execution of marketing strategies for its portfolio of beauty brands. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role oversees a team of Brand Managers and drives brand growth across the Italian market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the go‑to‑market strategy for assigned brands, ensuring brand consistency while adapting to local market needs.
• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans covering ATL and BTL activities.
• Own the marketing budget for the portfolio and allocate resources effectively.
• Adapt global consumer and trade activations to the Italian retail environment.
• Lead media planning and digital strategy in partnership with external media agencies.
• Collaborate closely with trade marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
• Monitor brand performance, market share, sales data, and ROI of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Proven strategic leadership across brand, digital, and retail marketing.
• Strong understanding of fashion and product trends.
• Result‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and business acumen.
• Fluency in English.
