Membership Programme Manager

About the role

You will lead the creation and delivery of community‑focused programmes that turn The Social Hub locations into vibrant, engaging spaces. Working closely with local partners and internal teams, you will design events and initiatives that attract members, foster connections, and generate buzz.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute a full‑cycle community programme that drives attendance and loyalty.
• Conceptualise, organise and manage events from idea through to on‑site delivery.
• Collaborate with local brands, creators and collaborators to enrich the hub experience.
• Translate member feedback and city trends into fresh, relevant programming.
• Maintain and energise the event calendar, ensuring variety and relevance.
• Own the event budget, monitor performance and report on ROI.
• Brief operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Lead community initiatives such as the Dear Neighbour and Ambassador programmes.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience delivering events or community programmes.
• Confident public speaker comfortable engaging audiences.
• Strong creative eye with attention to visual and experiential quality.
• Proven ability to build programmes that increase engagement and loyalty.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as event schedules require.
• Clear communicator who can collaborate across teams and external partners.
• Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
