About the role
We are looking for an experienced MEP Lead to join our on‑site team in Milan, Italy. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality mechanical and electrical solutions for hyperscale data centre projects while ensuring cost efficiency and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
- Propose design changes to improve cost efficiency, construction schedule, and specification quality.
- Monitor construction workmanship and material quality.
- Coordinate with contracts manager, site engineers, and other discipline leads to provide accurate information to subcontractors and site personnel.
- Review drawings and specifications, communicating any errors or omissions to the design team promptly.
- Define project resource requirements and motivate the project team.
- Ensure the highest standards of health and safety on site.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes.
- Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
- Proven ability to lead MEP teams.
- Background in delivering MEP projects for data centres.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
