National Customer Service Attendant

About the role

The National Customer Service Attendant will interact with customers and internal teams via phone, email, chat and social media to support pre‑sales and post‑sales service activities. This role handles returns, repairs, exchanges and ensures accurate documentation throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Receive customer requests and create trouble tickets for returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges.
• Update databases with status of returned materials and maintain inventory records.
• Record and report equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.
• Sort and file service documents to keep information accessible.
• Schedule field service repair calls and handle requests for additional company materials.
• Maintain records of schedule changes, product enhancements, pricing and resolve return credit issues.

Required profile

• Full knowledge of the job and ability to apply skills to a wide range of tasks.
• Substantial understanding of service processes with moderate difficulty assignments.
• Judgment in issue resolution and recommendation making.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2‑4 years of related experience.
