Night Auditor – Guest Services & Audit

About the role

Join Mama Shelter Lake Como as a Night Auditor and become the backbone of our overnight operations. You will ensure a seamless guest experience while handling the financial close‑out and administrative tasks that keep the hotel running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee nightly hotel operations, guaranteeing rooms and facilities are ready for guests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests during the night, addressing requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct night audit procedures, compile reports, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Maintain safety and security standards by performing regular checks and following established protocols.
• Communicate important updates to the day team to ensure continuity of service.
• Collect guest feedback during the night and share insights with management.
