About the role
ING is looking for an Operations Specialist within its Operations area, a strategic team for the functioning of the bank. The COO area ensures process efficiency, supports daily activities and optimizes workflows to provide more effective and secure services. The position is based in Milan in a hybrid setting and is permanent.
Key responsibilities
- Support the management and optimization of operational processes.
- Analyze and monitor workflows to ensure efficiency and quality in services.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve procedures and tools.
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of banking operations in line with regulations.
- Use digital and management tools to monitor activities.
Required profile
- Degree; a master's degree is considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
