Quantitative Finance Expert (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

Anyone-AI is looking for experienced Quantitative Finance experts to help train and evaluate generative AI models. This is a freelance, fully remote opportunity with flexible hours; you can work whenever suits your schedule. Projects may involve reviewing, writing and evaluating content on Quantitative Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the factual accuracy of AI-generated text
• Review whether AI responses are relevant to Quantitative Finance prompts
• Identify errors, gaps or weak reasoning in model outputs
• Craft high-quality questions and answer technical Quantitative Finance questions
• Evaluate and rank multiple AI-generated responses
• Provide feedback that helps AI models improve over time
• Ensure domain-specific concepts are explained clearly and correctly

Required profile

• A PhD in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering or a related field (Mathematical Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics with a strong quantitative focus)
• Professional experience in a highly technical or analytical finance role, such as quant researcher, quant trader, quantitative analyst, risk modeler, financial engineer, or researcher/analyst at a hedge fund or investment bank
• Fluent English with strong writing ability
• Ability to explain complex Quantitative Finance concepts clearly and accurately
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
