Operations & Workplace Manager

About the role

Based in our Milan – Maciachini office, the Operations & Workplace Manager will lead the delivery of hospitality and soft‑services across our offices and boutiques in Italy and Greece. The role ensures consistent, high‑quality service aligned with Richemont standards while driving efficiency through process improvement and digitalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards for hospitality and soft services, managing contracts, budgets and performance KPIs (surveys, audits, KPIs).
• Liaise with landlords, office management and external providers on operational matters.
• Develop and align hospitality methodologies with Richemont standards; propose digital initiatives such as visitor management and car‑fleet optimisation.
• Ensure ServiceNow integration across all sites for department services.
• Supervise external reception, mail and shipping services.
• Integrate hospitality and soft services into office and boutique projects; oversee new process implementation.
• Manage monthly and annual Capex & Opex budgets, using SAP for PO, goods receipt, invoice control and supplier master data.
• Oversee tax and utility payments (TARI, COSAP, Advertising Tax) for activations, closures and ongoing operations.
• Select and manage vehicle‑fleet providers, ensure compliance with Richemont car policy and resolve user issues.
• Administer hospitality and soft‑service contracts, utility agreements and SLA monitoring; conduct tender processes with Procurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, facilities or hospitality management within office or retail environments.
• Strong budgetary and financial control skills (Capex & Opex).
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, contractors and external service providers.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management capabilities.
