Operatore socio sanitario (m/F)

About the role

Medicasa Italia, part of the Air Liquide group, is looking for a qualified Operatore Socio Sanitario to provide high‑quality home care to patients in Sant'Agata di Militello and surrounding areas. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients' physical, psychological and social well‑being while respecting individualized care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobilization and feeding for fragile individuals at their homes.
• Collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists and doctors to ensure comprehensive, personalized care.
• Monitor patient needs, report any changes to healthcare staff, and document activities according to company procedures.
• Offer emotional and relational support to patients and their families, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Correctly use and maintain medical aids and devices.

Required profile

• Professional qualification as Operatore Socio Sanitario (OSS) recognized by the authorities.
• Previous experience, even minimal, in home care or socio‑health facilities is preferred.
• Excellent relational and communication abilities.
