About the role
BoxLunch is a pop‑culture retail store that donates meals to Feeding America. As a Part‑Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 you will support the store leadership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and help achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience, leveraging product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Cover the sales floor and step in for the manager when needed.
- Open and close the store, handling register transactions and BOPIS/curbside pickups.
- Monitor sales performance metrics such as UPT and ADT and assist with planogram changes.
- Communicate fashion trends and loss‑prevention concerns to management.
- Maintain stockroom organization and store tidiness.
- Support team development and collaboration.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of retail store experience.
- Passion for philanthropy and pop‑culture merchandise.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lb and operate store equipment.
