Performance & Digital Media Coordinator – EMEA

About the role
The EMEA Performance & Digital Media Coordinator will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search and performance campaigns across the EMEA region. Working closely with internal teams, media agencies and external partners, you will drive traffic, conversions and revenue growth through data‑driven media strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, implement, analyse and optimise Paid Search campaigns across all EMEA markets, aligning with budgets, KPIs and SEO strategy.
- Guide media agencies on optimisation, testing and development of Paid Search, Affiliate and other performance channels.
- Shape cross‑channel media strategy by sharing insights on product demand, audience behaviour and campaign performance.
- Act as a key internal stakeholder to drive search revenue growth in the region.
- Manage cross‑channel performance projects, ensuring KPI delivery through continuous optimisation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the Affiliate network, coordinating product launch visibility.
- Refine the affiliate programme by testing offers, identifying top partners and onboarding new ones.
- Collaborate with e‑Commerce and Merchandising teams on conversion optimisation using A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring SEO best practices on Gucci.com.
- Work hands‑on with the marketing team, agencies and external partners to deliver an effective global digital strategy.
Required profile
- University degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in retail, luxury or international environments.
- Proven experience managing SEM campaigns and performance media across multiple channels (Display, Affiliates, Paid Social) and markets.
- Hands‑on experience with performance‑marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Google Data Studio.
