Pricing Manager – Southern Europe

Join a high‑impact leadership position where pricing drives business performance, growth and transformation across Southern Europe. You will lead a regional team, shape pricing strategy and embed a modern, value‑based pricing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a value‑based pricing strategy aligned with commercial objectives and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 10 pricing professionals.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and senior leaders to influence strategic decisions and maximize commercial opportunities.
• Drive pricing transformation initiatives, including process standardisation, automation and digital pricing tools.
• Build alignment across multiple countries, functions and stakeholders within a complex matrix organisation.
• Establish and oversee pricing governance, policies, discount frameworks, controls and approval processes.
• Translate pricing insights and market dynamics into actionable recommendations to support revenue growth and margin improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management or related commercial functions.
• Direct team leadership experience with talent development responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading pricing transformation, process improvement or business change initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Italian or Spanish.
